Delete Your Account

You can delete your Vallio account at any time — in the app, or by emailing us if you can no longer sign in. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1.Delete in the app
- Open the Vallio app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon on your profile header to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted by tapping Delete.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Champion subscription. Cancel it first with Google Play or the Apple App Store — whichever you purchased through — or you will keep being charged.
2.Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you:

We must verify ownership of the account email address before deleting anything. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3.What is deleted, and what is kept
We permanently erase your login credentials, your name, email address, and phone number, your followers and the people you follow, your notification settings and push tokens, your search visibility, and your email subscriptions. Your username is retired and cannot be used to sign in again, and your leaderboard placements drop off at the next refresh.
Match results involve other players, so a de-identified record of the account is retained to keep their history and ratings intact. It carries no name, email address, or phone number, and cannot be used to sign in. Retained after deletion:
- Match, score, and event records — de-identified, so opponents, partners, and tournament brackets stay accurate.
- Your play history — achievements, milestones, rival records, past games, and notification history stay attached to the de-identified record.
- Your profile photo and posted content — your photo stays on the de-identified record, and posts, comments, chat messages, and feed entries keep the display name and photo they were published under.
- Transaction and billing records — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are held by those providers under their own policies.
- Security and fraud logs — kept only as long as needed to protect the service and meet legal obligations.
- An email suppression record — our email provider keeps your address on an unsubscribed list so we cannot email you again.
Want all of it erased instead? Say so in your email request and we will carry out a full erasure everywhere the law does not require us to keep the record. The in-app button cannot do this. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
