Managing Your Subscription
Everything subscription-related is under Profile → Account → Subscription.
Plans
Rookie is the free tier. Champion is paid, available as a subscription with a lifetime purchase offered in some regions.
The subscription screen shows a feature comparison, so you can see exactly what changes. Current pricing is on the pricing page.
Upgrading
Choose a plan and confirm. You'll agree to the applicable terms — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and on Apple devices the Apple EULA — before the purchase completes. All are linked from the screen.
There's an Or Start For Free option if you'd rather not upgrade. Rookie is a real tier, not a trial — see Free vs. Champion.
Switching plans
If you're already subscribed and switch to a different plan, your plan updates immediately with prorated billing. You won't pay twice for overlapping time.
Switching from a subscription to lifetime works the same way — the screen shows Upgrade to Lifetime rather than a fresh purchase.
If you try to buy a plan you already have, the app tells you you're already on it.
Discount codes
There's a Discount code field. Enter your code and apply it before completing the purchase.
If a code doesn't work, check it hasn't expired and that it applies to the plan you've selected — some are specific to a term.
Restore
Restore re-links a purchase you've already made. Use it when:
- ›You've reinstalled the app
- ›You've signed in on a new device
- ›You upgraded but still see Rookie features
This resolves most "I paid and don't have access" cases and is always the first thing to try.
Canceling
Manage takes you to your subscription settings, where you can cancel.
Billing runs through your app store, so cancellation happens there:
- ›iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vallio
- ›Android — Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vallio
Canceling stops future charges. You keep Champion access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No contract, no cancellation penalty.
What happens when Champion ends
Nothing is deleted. Your games, PaddleRank, badges, milestones, and history are all untouched.
What changes is access to the Champion-only views — full game breakdowns, complete history, world ranking, rivalries, and event management. The underlying data keeps accruing while you're on Rookie; you just can't see all of it. Resubscribe and it's all there.

Regional availability
Plans and prices vary by country. If you see No plans available in your region, Champion isn't offered where your app store account is registered.
Billing problems
For a failed purchase, a charge that looks wrong, or a subscription Restore won't recover, get in touch through Help & Feedback.
Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment.
