Two ways to share something with the people who follow you.
Posts
Posts are permanent. They stay on your profile and in the feeds of people who follow you.
You can include photos, and posts support comments and reactions from your network.
Use posts for things worth keeping — a tournament result, a milestone you finally hit, a good session, a new court you found.
Stories
Stories are temporary. They appear at the top of the feed and disappear after a while.
Use stories for the ephemeral stuff — you're at the courts now, a shot you want to show someone, a moment from a game. Nothing that needs to survive the week.
Stories support comments too.
Which to use
The distinction is permanence, and the useful test is whether you'd want to see it again in a year.
Post — results, achievements, things you'd want on your profile.
Story — right now, in passing.
If you're unsure, story. The bar for a post is higher because it stays.
Where to create them
From the feed on the Home tab.
Privacy
Your posts and stories go to your followers. Following is the mechanism that controls your audience — see Friends & Following.
Managing what you've shared
You can delete your own posts and stories.
Note: posting is the part of Vallio most likely to look different in a future update. The concepts on this page — permanent posts, temporary stories, both visible to your followers — are stable, but exact screens and buttons may change. If something here doesn't match what you're seeing, trust the app.
