Direct and group messaging with other players, on the Home tab.
What it's for
Organizing play, mostly. Confirming who's coming Saturday, agreeing a time, sorting out who's bringing balls.
This is the coordination that would otherwise happen in a group text — kept in the same place as the venues, events, and people it's about.
Direct and group
Direct — one-to-one.
Group — several players in one thread. You can invite users to a group and manage who's in it.
Group chats are the natural home for a regular crew: the four people you play Tuesdays, or everyone in a league season.
What you can send
Text and images. Shared images open full-screen.
Managing threads
You can view a thread's details, see who's in it, and delete threads you no longer need.
Chat and events
For anything organized, the event or league itself carries the structure — schedule, bracket, standings. Chat is for the human coordination around it.
